Shipping and Return
NerMoons ships orders over $50 USD for FREE, with express shipping. Orders under $50 USD are subject to a $7 USD shipping fee for all countries. If you pay in a currency other than US Dollars, the shipping fee will be converted accordingly.
We ship to ALL countries
Duties and taxes are covered by NerMoonsMoons. You do not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price (and the shipping fee if your order is less than $50 USD).
We ship orders within 2 business day of when you place your order.
Delivery times range from 1-11 business days depending on the shipping destination.

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
*Due to holiday season demand, there could be disruptions to postal systems and courier services. Our suggested “order by” dates are guidelines based on predictions from our shipping partners as to possible delays in each region. We cannot guarantee any delivery times. If your shipment is time sensitive, we encourage you to order as early as possible and/or upgrade to express shipping.
Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
30 Day Returns
What's the return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible NerMoons items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
